Tile Expo

I had great success when working with Tile Expo. They were very informative and helpful when helping me with my selection. They gave me a price and I of course shopped it around. I learned they had given me a really good price. So I went back to them and purchased and they told me it would be about a week at the most. They said they would call me to let me know when my order would be in. The salesperson I was working with called me back in 3 days to let me know my order was ready for pick up. I told them I didn't need it for a few days and they were very friendly in allowing me to leave my order at their warehouse until I was ready to pick it up. In conclusion, I am extremely glad I worked with Tile Expo, they were friendly, honest, and got my material to me in a timely manner. Pros: Great prices, great customer service more

I am having the exact same experience as the gentlemen who wrote before me. In addition, when they finally had my order ""ready"" there were tiles missing. They said they would UPS them to me and it has been two weeks. I just called the manager Balt and am waiting for a call back. I don't plan on holding my breath. Too bad because I do not plan on letting this go. Pros: Price Cons: Do not know how to run a business. Horrible. more
