Horrible customer service and fraudulent behavior. I reserved a full size car for 8 days. When I arrived at the airport- I was told there were no full size cars avail but offered an upgrade to a luxury car for what the attendant Grant told me would be only $12. So I said fine- when I got my bill I was 12/day and added up to an additional 96. When I called to get my bill adjusted the manager, Ben Scott, was not helpful or nice. I will never rent from here again and strongly recommend you read any fine print if you choose to rent from here, because they will mislead you if given the chance.
