total scam....after reviewing my rental with the agent at the desk he asked if i'd like insurance...i politely declined (as always)..he said since i was declining than i can simply click through the check out process by accepting yes to everything...of course trusting him i did...only to find out when i returned the car that i was charged an additional $110.07 for insurance..there was no manager on duty so i had to call in after landing home...then the fun began...corporate was unable to transfer me to that location and simply refused to refund the charge or even act as if they care......yes i should have read all the fine print but i trusted the desk agent ...NEVER RENTING FROM THRIFTY AGAIN
