the loft is a wonderful place! there are so many ways to learn and grow in a yoga practice here, so many different types of teachers, with different levels of experience, but all dedicated to the serious personal inquiry that is at the heart of yoga. the directors manage a rare balance of open-mindedness and inclusive diversity with a sincere and serious focus on the integrity of practice. there is a rich exploration of what 'yoga' can mean for us in the 21st century, while still respecting the traditions from which these practices spring. the studio is less than a year old, but already it has a reputation for being a place for community, where people come together to actually share a yoga practice. it's a beautiful place!
Pros: the people, the classes, the space
