I am writing this review based on my experiences and a recent experience of my mother-in-law, who has been a patron of this salon for well over a year. She called to make an appointment for this week last Monday and left a message when nobody answered. She did not receive a call back so she called again on Tuesday and got Amy on the phone. Amy was very rude to her on the phone and made her believe that her normal stylist, Arianna was unavailable or too busy to take care of one of her regulars, and then Amy tried several times to schedule my Mother-in-law for an appointment with her instead at dates she already had told Amy (who obviously had not been listening) she was unavailable. I feel this an extremely dishonest and shady business practice, and in my clinic would be grounds for immediate termination. My mother-in-law was able to get in touch with her regular stylist and found out that she in fact, had availabilities in her schedule, despite what Amy had told her. Amy never offered an appolgy. I can't believe the unprofessional way in which this salon treated one of its long time regulars, and worse yet, the owner of this salon, Christopher was informed of this situation and was unwilling to do anything about it. As a previous patron of this salon myself, I know it has gone downhill recently, but as a consumer, there is no excuse for this type of behavior from ANY business. Potential and existing customers BEWARE of this before you consider making another appointment at this Salon. I feel confident that this is not an isolated incident , but I am more than happy to share my familiy's and my experience and insight with any of you who would like more details. I have nothing to hide as this was an actual series of events that occured with this business. We are pursuing this further with the BBB. Please feel free to contact me at (304) 581-8571. Sincerely, Brandon Boyce, MD
