I've been a customer for over a year now and every time I call to make an appointment I get the annoying answer machine. I'M DONE! Hire a receptionist, it's rude to be greeted by a machine. I don't want to wait for a call back, Im busy. I'm trying to arrange my schedule around a potential hair appointment. I'm finding a new salon today - good luck with the impersonal touch.
