THEY DON'T CARE!!! NOT LIKE THEY ADVERTISE 3/22/2012

NO KIDDING! They do not care. I was just on the phone with them and asked if they carried african violets and they person told me yes and I asked if she could make sure they had some and she hung up on me. When I got there the african violets were dead. I drove 10 miles to get there. I had called Orchard Supply Hardware and they check for me and told me they didn't have any so I wouldn't waste time going down there. Is Home Depot to big to care?????? more

Avoid this Location 9/7/2010

A Home Depot is a Home Depot but the staff at this location are shockingly incompetent and seem to go out of their way be unhelpful. The managers seem just as bad as the workers you'll occasionally see wandering around (or sitting at their locations eating fast food). It is worth driving to avoid this location. If I could give it no stars, I would. more

Bob got harassed by Home Depot 6/8/2010

These guys have NO expertise in the products they seel other than what Home Depot teaches them. When the shelves are empty of products I need, I simply take it upon myself to grab a ladder and climb up into the racking to find what I need. That gets the attention of the kids working there, other times, they simply ignore me while I throw boxes down into the aisle. They were about to kick me out of the store? Poor customer service. If you dont know where something is, or exactly what it is you are looking for, you are screwed. That is Home Depot style customer service now. more

USED TO BE PAIN FREE 6/9/2009

This particular store, I have been frequenting for last 9 years or more, I don't really remember. It has been a blessing when it was first opened with 24 Hrs. hr of operation, open for shopping and returns. Now recently I wasted five trips to this Home depot to find out , oooops again and again, that you can shop after 8 pm and can't return any merchandise which I normally take with me to replace items that have to be returned. I can understand they need time to collect merchandise and clean up but its way too early as they would let you shop why after they officially close at 12.00 at mid night. It their convenience and not mine who have spend thousands of dollars over the years. I am turned off by their evening hrs employees who are never eager to help. There are some exceptions, namely Archie, used to be electrical and now flooring, guy name Glen in Elect. Dept. During Morning hrs Monday Thu Friday, every employee so attentive as all the big shots are on duty. more

Decent selection, horrible customer service 1/19/2009

The store itself has a lot of items - most of the basic items needed for home building.\r However, the staff is not the greatest. There was an especially unpleasant manager named, a red-headed guy with glasses named ""Dave"" who was unhelpful and extremely condescending. Not everyone is an expert in contractor work. If you want a decent product selection but very rude and condescending staff, go to this Home Depot. If you want better service, go to Lowes. A little further away, but much better help and customer service. more

Easy do it yourself 5/1/2008

Seems that the store is always pretty tidy. I have always gotten nice people to help direct me to what I am seeking. They are also happy to help me if I need help getting something customized (like a window shade, etc.) more

Overall great store 9/4/2005

Considering the sheer size of the store, and amount and variety of merchandise they carry, it is a bit daunting to step foot into the store. Store personnel is sometimes hard to find, but they are always helpful in pointing the way to what you need or answering specific questions about a product or how to do something. Prices are great, sale items are even better. more

good prices but crowded 5/23/2005

Large selection of merchandise and probably some of the best prices (though not always), but make sure you have lots of patience when shopping here. It's always jam packed, especially on Saturdays, and it's difficult to flag down an employee. The checkout lines can also be insane. more

Editorial review from Insider Pages 11/10/2004

When we had our kitchen remodeled at the Home Depot, we were guaranteed that certified contractors hired by the Home Depot would do the work. The work was to take 4 6 week from teardown to completion. It took 10 months! We spent three of these months with out a kitchen sink. Miss-measurements by the Home Depot staff, wrong cabinets ordered, poor installation of the counter top, and more all resulted in a terrible experience. And, The Home Depot ignored me as best they could. I made daily visitsto the store until the situation was resolved. Bottom line; do not trust the Home Depot to remodel your home. more
