Review content:
These guys have NO expertise in the products they seel other than what Home Depot teaches them. When the shelves are empty of products I need, I simply take it upon myself to grab a ladder and climb up into the racking to find what I need. That gets the attention of the kids working there, other times, they simply ignore me while I throw boxes down into the aisle. They were about to kick me out of the store? Poor customer service. If you dont know where something is, or exactly what it is you are looking for, you are screwed. That is Home Depot style customer service now.
