Overpriced? I read other reviews and I think the grape is right on. Some wines are more expensive if you want to spend the money, but so many GREAT WINES are under $15 a bottle ...

Worst

It's not a bad concept to let folks try wines and then buy the bottle in the shop next door. But OUCH, the wine prices (by the Bottle) are outrageous. I found the same Zolo wine...

great place to hang out with old friends, meet new people, try out different wines! staff and owners are very helpful with wine selections if you don't know what to order. and if you're hungry, they serve light gourmet-ish fare and some very yummy desserts. sublime live entertainment on weekend nights makes you want to kick back and enjoy! The GREAT GRAPE 7/22/2002

I have had good times at the Grape and will continue. It is hard to compare the Grape to all the others on the list due to the fact the Grape is so warm and friendly. The Grape is a great place to go and meet people and have fun. Finally, check the bathrooms out when you are there, so clean. That is about all I need to say. Where else in Atlanta can I sample great wine and buy a bottle of what I like? Throw in some great live Jazz and you have a combination for the perfect end to a great evening. more

A Wine Lover's Heaven 6/6/2002

My visit to the Grape in Vinings last night was nothing less than spectacular! If you have any interest in wine at all, then this is the place that you must experience for yourself. The selection of wine's from around the world cannot be beat in Atlanta. My wife and I love the quaint, romantic atmosphere and live music just makes the Grape a perfect place to bring that ""special someone."" The lite fare menu has been uniquely dsigned to complement the wine in the best possible way. Friendly service combined with the wine knowledge of the staff just adds to a perfect evening out which will bring me back to the Grape again and again. Bravo!
