I was shocked how bad the job was done. Not only the doctor was not attentive during the procedure, he also didn't do the service I asked for. And the filling that he did the work on fell out in 2 weeks!!! Horrible! And lastly, I was charged a deductible fee even though my insurance company told me later that I shouldn't have been charged a deductible for preventitive care. more

Possibly the best compliment I can pay to Dr. Ginzler is that for the first time in my life, I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Dr. Ginzler is highly skilled and takes great pride in her work. She's also warm, caring and friendly. Everyone I've dealt with in this office has been very professional and warm, and I couldn't think of going anywhere else after my experience with The Exchange Dental Group. more

Dr. Ginzler is personable, cute, friendly, but when there is work to do she gets right down to it. I had to have three very old fillings redone and she said, I think I can do it all in an hour, want me to do all of them and save you from coming back? YES I do. she worked diligently until it was done. Great job. Ginzler is very professional, she discusses and fields questions about proposed procedures and I think my mouth is in much better health because of Exchange Dental. And I like her so much I don't mind going to the dentist. more

I went to this office beginning of the year but after hearing other people say the same thing as me I decided a review was necessary. This office is a clinic. I waited 35 minutes to be seen and then got shuffled around to rooms. Hygenist was rough and flew thru my cleaning and then I saw the Dr who was only intereseted in replacing all my fillings when I just got them done 4 yrs ago- wierd. I felt like a number and not what i want from a dental office. more

I was referred to dr. eisen from one of my friends because I heard he was an excellent cosmetic dentist and because a recent visit to a new dentist left me diagnosed with 12 cavities. One or two cavities maybe but 12 ? I was a bit skeptical. I am so glad I got a second opinion. Upon first meeting dr. eisen I found him to be extremely polite and knowledgeable. I told him my concerns and about my most recent visit to my last dentist. I had the xrays sent to him from my last office but the copy they sent was unreadable ? he showed me the copy they sent and it looked like a copy of a copy of a copy. He took a new set (at no charge to me) and took the time to go over each and every picture (18 in all). No Dr. has ever taken the time to do this like dr. eisen did. He explained things in plain English so that I had no problem understanding what he was looking at. Needless to say of the 12 cavities the last dr. had diagnosed, dr. eisen found that only two of them needed treatment. I felt like a dentist after that first appointment with him since he did such a great job of explaining everything. In addition I have wanted to fix my smile for a long time but have not found the right dr. until I met dr. eisen. My last dentist told me that if I wanted to fix my smile I would need 10 new veneers on my top teeth. Again, I am so happy that I got a second opinion and that I was referred to dr. eisen. I asked him what experience he has doing this type procedure. He showed me a book with tons of before and after pictures of patients he has treated. All I can say is . . .WOW. the smiles he created are beautiful. i was excited see what he could do for me. I was thrilled when he told me that he could give me the smile I had always wanted by only doing my front four teeth, not the ten I had been told I needed to do. Well, all I can say is that dr, eisen was right on the money. He corrected my front four teeth and my new smile is incredible. It is seamless as it perfectly matches the rest of my top teeth. Not only did he give me the smile I have always dreamed about but he did so without having to drill on most of my top teeth and he was able to save me a ton on money too!!! i have been wanting to get veneers for a long time and since i am getting married soon i wanted to have a new smile for my wedding. i have been to many dentists for consultations and i have read many reviews. a co-worker of mine got her veneers done by dr. eisen and she looks amazing. i took her recommendation and made an appointment for a consultation. i have never been to a dr. who listened as intently as dr. eisen. he really understood all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. i have never had an examination of as thorough as the one performed dr. eisen and his staff. he explained all of the pros and cons of the procedure. he even told me things that i had not even thought about. he was very candid and very caring. i knew i had found the perfect doctor. i made an appointment and am so happy that i did. i LOVE my new smile. it is perfect. i get compliments on my smile all the time. i never used to smile and now i cannot stop smiling. i want to thank dr. eisen for his expertise and caring. both he and the entire staff at his office were great. it was a great experience. i have recommended him to my husband, my family, my co-workers and anyone who will listen to me. Dr. Sobol is a great dentist. Very professional and personable. She put my mind at ease, and I feel did a great job with my exam. When she fills cavities, she does not use the basic treatment rather she uses filler that is the same color as your teeth. You would never know I had a filling. Has Sunday hours too. more

I was in the middle of a smile makeover, which was already 6 months in the works, and Dr. Ginzler stepped in as my new dentist. At first, I was terrified at her ""nothing is too hard"" and ""as of a matter of fact"" attitude about this huge process. However, it turned out that Dr. Ginzler was simply confident in her work and was eager to start the transition on my teeth. \r \r During the next 3 months, Dr. Ginzler changed my smile drastically with a full set of new veneers and caps on my top teeth. She was very sensitive to the appearance of the temporaries during the process and hand made the temporaries right in front of me. No one was none the wiser!! \r \r In addition to the cosmectic aspect of the procedure, Dr. Ginzler was extra cautious about the health of my teeth as well! The laughing gas, along with Dr. Ginzler's ipod music, made each 3 hr appointment bareable! \r \r The select few people who know about the veneers and caps continously comment me on how great my teeth look and how fab my smile is now. \r \r She's awesome, knowledgeable and a fantastic dentist!
