Staff doesn't care much about the place other than selling the rooms. Also as a warning the walls are not sound proof. My husband and I sadly live on the bottom floor. At 6am in the morning the upstairs neighbor is stomping around for hours on end. We can also hear our next door neighbor 'doing things' or the tv blaring. Maintenance staff are the only guys that actually care they like to chat and joke around and even take the time to explain their tools to the kids. The management had just fired a bunch of people and hired new office staff. Some of the buildings also has pest problems. Only reason it gets business is because of all the college students and it's close to college. Staff also likes to make people vacate their apartments for noise reasons; and there's people moving in and out all the time.
Pros: maintenance staff are cool.
Cons: Parking is $35-75 a month or you're on the streets, walls thin, car gates always broken
