I took my cat to The Cat Practice two times over one year. The first time I took him there was for boarding and a check-up. When I returned, the doctor was very nice and told me everything was fine. My cat seemed healthy and clean. The second time I took him was also for boarding. This time, however, when I picked my cat up after a week, he was very dirty, with feces and food caught in his fur. The friendly staff informed me that he was a bit nervous during his stay. I also was informed that a cleaning is extra money. Since the cats stay locked up in very small cages, I think they should give them more attention and why charge extra for cleaning? I recommend that if you do take your cat here for boarding, make sure you ask them to give your cat some attention and you might want to ask for a bath.
