The Bryant Company

We were thinking of having the Bryant Co manage our 4 rentals in Fishers/Carmel, so as a test, I contacted them about a listing they offered in Carmel. I made 5 (FIVE) phone calls to inquire about this property and NEVER received a call back. Noticed a week later that the rental was removed, called AGAIN to leasing agent to confirm that it was rented, No call back. Needless to say, they will not be managing any of my properties or any of our associates' properties more

The customer service and support we’ve have received from Bryant Company is the most most egregious I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a renter for over 15 years in four states and have rented 6 properties from 6 different rental agencies and I’ve never been treated this poorly by a company or home owner. I will never use or recommend your services to a friend or family member and have in fact warned and will continue to warn people away from getting involved with Bryant Company and any your rental properties.\r \r The most recent insult came when you emailed a letter on March 19th asking if we intended to renew our lease. I responded within the time frame you requested in written form, as you requested, and asked if we could rent month to month. This request went unanswered. Today there is a lock box on our door and sign in our yard. This lack of communication is just one in a long list of unanswered communications we initiated. We haven’t had outdoor lighting since August of 2012, for example. We’ve sent numerous emails, which eventually resulted in a lackluster apologies and no resolutions. I hope the next tenants don’t care about having no outdoor lighting because surely this will never be fixed, along with plenty of other maintenance issues we’ve long lived with. And I hope they never feel free to ask to rent month to month or for anything because those requests, too, will go unanswered and unsolved.\r \r Because the sign in the yard and lock box on the door have forced me to assume we cannot rent month to month, I will leave behind along with the keys to the home, the worst impression possible of Bryant Company. You should be ashamed of how your treat your tenants. Indianapolis renters should be ashamed of you. more

Have rented from the Byrant Co for the past 18mo. Communication is aweful within the compan let alone to the people renting the houses. They ask for renter to do alot to the homes, which is fine, but then when recipets are turned in or other questions are asked they give you no responce. I have a question I have asked for 3 mo and still have gotten nowhere. I ended up fixing the problem myself to see if they would ever get back with me adn they have not. Also when moving out be prepared to have a relator showing the house 4-6 hr a night for at least a month. While you dont have to leave you do have to let them in at 8pm on a week night when your kids are trying to get to sleep. Also they will have centralized showings call you every 10 mins during the day if you do not pick up, Becasue appreantly they do not reliaze that people work. Overall fine while living here but aweful expreance moving in and out. And if you cant fix stuff yourself STAY AWAY!!! more

Horrible communication... The staff and the owner of this company respond to approximately 1/3 of questions and inquiries and that is only after repeated attempts for a response. They are so aggravating I dread having to resolve a question or issue. If you are a prospective renter they are probably not so bad since they are chasing new business, but if you are a homeowner you probably are not going to enjoy working with this company. more

I have never dealt with such a poorly run and dishonest group. I engaged them as property managers for a home I own in Carmel, IN for the duration of a 3 year lease. As a group they are the most disfunctional communicators I've ever encountered. Their accounting employees are completely disorganized. They are constantly late on commitments - even commitments they are legally obligated to. Do yourself a favor and explore other options before engaging in business with The Bryant Company. more

It was a great decision to hire them to manage instead of sell my home. They take care of everything and there have been so many advantages to renting it out instead of just selling it. more

The Bryant Company has kept vacancies short and leases are often extended. My tenants have been very satisfied with management. On my end the service is excellent. more

Living in Ohio I cant be there most of the time at my Indianapolis rental. The Bryant company has kept my investment property producing income reliably for several years now. I will be able to pay off my house in the next few months and retire shortly there after on the rental property income. Thanks for helping me achieve that goal Bryant! more
