I have never dealt with such a poorly run and dishonest group. I engaged them as property managers for a home I own in Carmel, IN for the duration of a 3 year lease. As a group they are the most disfunctional communicators I've ever encountered. Their accounting employees are completely disorganized. They are constantly late on commitments - even commitments they are legally obligated to. Do yourself a favor and explore other options before engaging in business with The Bryant Company.
