I had my transmission rebuilt at the Automaster recently and couldn't be happier with the work done and service I received. I was kept up to date every step of the way and everything was explained to me in detail. Plus, I saved a good deal of money in the process. I trust them with my general auto repairs and am happy to recommend them for the "big jobs'' too. I hope they know how much they are appreciated ! more

Happy Camper 4/28/2011

I just love these guys! Honest, knowledgeable and good people. Tony rebuilt the transmission in my Jeep, it has never shifted so well! Plus, the price was awesome. I just had my air conditioning repaired.... for $125 less than the dealer quoted me! They do everything... I highly recomend the Automaster to anyone! more

Best Repair Shop in Castle Rock 12/12/2010

The best! I had a problem creep up on me and decided to give the Automaster a call. Colleen was awesome in helping me and the work was performed as prescribed, finished when before it was promised and the bill had no surprises. Professional and top rate! I have been back with 2 other vehicles since then and the service is always great! I would recommend the Automaster to anyone! more

Exceptional Auto Repair and Service 10/31/2008

I have been getting advertising material for the past few years from Automaster, but until the other day, I have never been to the shop. What prompted the visit was an intermittant problem I was having with my car. I had been to my regular repair shop, but they were stumped. A friend told me about the oldest shop in town and how good they were, but they couldn't help. So, I decided to give Automaster a chance. As I explained what was going on and how I had been to other shops first, the owner Tony told me sometimes a look from another perspective is all it takes. I was a little suprised, every other shop I have been to always seems to make a comment about other shops, but here. I left the car, they gave me a ride to work and promised to call in a few hours. Good to their word, they called, explained what was going on and repaired my car. When I picked it up, Colleen (the owners wife) again explained what they found and how the repair went. Best Auto Shop in Castle Rock - Really Nice People 5/12/2008

There is no doubt why this shop has won so many customer service awards. They have outstanding people and they go to great lengths to make sure you understand the repairs required and why they need to be done. They are very pro-active with maintenance and when they quote a price, they stick to it. My cars have always been ready when they said they would be. more

Great Customer Service! 4/2/2008

I have to disagree with one of the reviews on this site. I was lucky enough to have been recommended to Automaster of Castle Rock and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. The owner has always treated me with respect and I trust whatever he tells me to be true about my vehicle. Being a woman, it is hard to go to an auto repair facility and feel like you're not getting the wool pulled over your eyes. The owner explains things to me in a language I can understand and Automaster always stands behind their work. I highly recommend this shop. They provide rides to and from the shop and offer loaner cars if you are in need of a vehicle while they do major repairs. They even picked up and delivered a car for a lady I know because she had surgery and was unable to bring the car in herself. I don't know of any other place in town that provides that kind of convenience. I know everyone has their own opinion but I for one will never go anywhere but Automaster of Castle Rock. more

Beware of the owner 12/24/2007

Needed some warranty work done on my car. Automaster did not do a complete job repairing the broken installation. When returning the car, I had to deal with the owner, Tony Campagnari. What a foul-mouthed, unprofessional owner he is. His verbal bullying and foul language is not acceptable. If you insist on doing business with these people, make sure you work with Dave. Really good guy - the owner on the other hand is, well, "BEWARE!" more

brakes 9/7/2005

My brakes started squeeking and I had no idea where to take my car or what place was reputable. A guy at church recommended we come to Automaster and we were very pleased with their service. They were very friendly and gave me the sale price even though I didn't have a coupon. more
