I have been getting advertising material for the past few years from Automaster, but until the other day, I have never been to the shop. What prompted the visit was an intermittant problem I was having with my car. I had been to my regular repair shop, but they were stumped. A friend told me about the oldest shop in town and how good they were, but they couldn't help. So, I decided to give Automaster a chance. As I explained what was going on and how I had been to other shops first, the owner Tony told me sometimes a look from another perspective is all it takes. I was a little suprised, every other shop I have been to always seems to make a comment about other shops, but here. I left the car, they gave me a ride to work and promised to call in a few hours. Good to their word, they called, explained what was going on and repaired my car. When I picked it up, Colleen (the owners wife) again explained what they found and how the repair went.
