I have to disagree with one of the reviews on this site. I was lucky enough to have been recommended to Automaster of Castle Rock and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. The owner has always treated me with respect and I trust whatever he tells me to be true about my vehicle. Being a woman, it is hard to go to an auto repair facility and feel like you're not getting the wool pulled over your eyes. The owner explains things to me in a language I can understand and Automaster always stands behind their work. I highly recommend this shop. They provide rides to and from the shop and offer loaner cars if you are in need of a vehicle while they do major repairs. They even picked up and delivered a car for a lady I know because she had surgery and was unable to bring the car in herself. I don't know of any other place in town that provides that kind of convenience. I know everyone has their own opinion but I for one will never go anywhere but Automaster of Castle Rock.
