I really like that they call me to tell me what's wrong with my car before they begin work on it. There's nothing worse than showing up to pick up your car and finding out its way...

My family loves Bruce's place! He is honest and the other mechanics are honest as well. You feel as though you are coming home when you go to Auto Stop. My husband and I live in Miami now and if I could drive up to Rochester to get my car fixed, I would! When we lived in Maryland, I did drive my car up to get my car fix. I wouldn't give Bruce a 5 star, I would give him a 500 star, truly. Thanks guys! more

I love coming to the Auto Stop because Bruce takes care of me like family. The prices are reasonable and they do the best work in Rochester. Great Auto Service 8/30/2011

I brought my Chevy Silverado in to get fixed up (emission sensor issues), and the guys at the Auto Stop took care of it right away. Bruce did a great job on the truck. He's always reliable, and i've been going to him for 30 years. They are the best repair shop in Rochester. I won't be going anywhere else for my repair needs. - Rick more

I am in construction, so I am always in a hurry. The Auto Stop staff got my truck right in when I needed a fuel pump fixed. They did great work, and the speed of the service was just as impressive. I am definitely going back again. - A.A. more

Great Service & Friendly Atmosphere 4/28/2011

I just recently took my car to the Auto Stop in Rochester NY for an oil change and inspection. There was no wait as the mechanics took me right in, I was able to understand everything they were doing on my inspection and I was able to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and have some great conversation with the shop.
