We had a problem with my G.E. oven. I called The Appliance Doctor to have a technician come out and diagnose it. Bob came within my time frame 2 - 6. He was very polite and professional. He was able to fix it on the spot. I will recommend The Appliance Doctor to all my family and friends. more

We had a problem with my G.E. oven. I called The Appliance Doctor to have a technician come out and diagnose it. Bob came within my time frame 2 - 6. He was very polite and professional. He was able to fix it on the spot. I will recommend The Appliance Doctor to all my family and friends. more

My initial appt. was made thru Whirlpool as it was warranty work. The Appliance Dr. then called and confirmed the appt. The technician (Devon) called when he was on his way and showed up exactly when I was told he would. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The woman in the office called when the part came in and scheduled the next appt. right away. Once again Devon came out as scheduled, replaced the part in a professional and timely manner. He also helped me with my frig while he was here. He went above and beyond what was expected, and I would definitely use this company in the future! (I would also request Devon if possible). more

Just had a great repair experience with my Subzero fridge. Martin came out, diagnosed the problem, added some freon to tide us over until the new part arrived, and gave us a firm repair estimate. Brent came a few days later, clearly explained what he was doing, completed the repair efficiently and professionally, and even cleaned my fridge for me! I would definitely use them again. more

I contacted MAYTAG about a clothes washer than was still under warranty and a part was tearing-up. This company phoned me for the info. on the make/model/etc. and had the part with them. The service tech. was professional and spent a good amount of time balancing the equipment (which the installation probably failed to do - causing the problem) and replacing the damaged area. It's good as new and I'm VERY appreciative! more

I had a clicking problem and ice maker problem with my Kitchenaide refrigerator. The visit was a 5 star visit from beginning to end. The appliance repair specialist was right on time... called at 8AM and arrived promptly after the call, diagnosed the situation as a stripped out motor, replaced it. I had forgotten I had a burned out light no repair person had been able to repair. Sounds ridiculous but no other ""handy men"" could find the problem. This person was an electrician before joining the Appliance Doctor, and checked out the wiring, and related possibilities. Repaired it. Then checked the filter system which I had problems removing. He found the problem and helped me learn how to remove it in the future. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent representative in every way for the Appliance Doctor. He earned the five star rating. His name is Steven. more
