Very Dissatified 7/5/2010

The first time that I called them I thought that I was very happy with their service. But, when I had to call them 8 months later for the same thing, It was very dissappointing especially when I had to pay for 2 house calls which were $87.95 each. I was told on the second visit that the part that they replaced the first time was wired incorrectly and the repair guy asked if we had tampered with it!!! The first time that they repaired it, it was the relay which was causing it not to cool. The second time that I called them it was doing the exact same thing but they said that it was the compressor and it would cost $540 which did not include the house call ($87.95). The repair guy took my relay part from my refrigerator and promised to bring it back the next day. He did not, so I called the office and spoke with the receptionist a few days after that and she said that she would leave a message for him to return it. As of today, I still have not received my part! more

We've had to call these people out several times to help us with the maintenace of our refrigerator. They come promptly and always fix the problem, but the cost is very steep. more

Locally Owned and Operated 2/13/2006

Appliance Doctor is always the first company I call when something goes wrong with a major appliance. They have come out to fix the washer, the dryer, and the dishwasher. I think they've also been out twice to fix our fridge. It's easy to lose track as appliances age. We've always been satisfied with the work, the speed of response, and the prices. They service all major appliance brands. PROS: excellent service, quality work, good prices CONS: more
