We were so pleased with emergency services provided that we switch vets and have taken atleast five pets there from everything to yearly exams to surgery. We have been extremely please with the doctor and her staff. We can not hesitate to provide some positive remarks on this negative board. It is like people are writing about a totally different place - but we also know people are more likely to take the time to post something negative than they are to post something positive. more

Please if you want your pet to live don't take them to this vet. I took my 3mth old puppy who was deathly ill in to see what was wrong and I was charged almost 300.00 for 3 medicines that were less than 15.00/each and lab work. I was treated with no respect or compassion for my pet. Less than a day later she had a turn for the worse and I called back to see what I needed to do and was brushed off unless I had another 500.00 to spend. I was told she had a bacterial infection when in all actuality it was parvo and hook worms. So not only did I get horrible service but misdiagnosed as well. You can't treat people this way and get away with it and stay in business. I'm telling everyone I know BEWARE OF THIS VET. Take your pets elsewhere. Had i not taken her to another vet she would have died. Pros: 1 person in the office was sympathetic and tried to help Cons: Everything else was horrible more
