I recently boarded my two small dogs for 5 nights. I took their own food all bagged and easy to feed them. When we got home one of my dogs had hot spots so bad there were maggots in the infection, she didn't empty her bladder for 24 hours, didn't empty her bowels for 48 hours and when she did it looked like black tar strips, not her food. I took her to my vet the day after I picked her up and she had 104 degree fever and all the problems I mentioned above. She is a sweet little dog who stays inside and she barks a lot. She didn't bark at all for 36 hours. I will never leave an animal with these people ever again. I just can't believe they didn't take care of my fur baby better than that. I don't think she would have survived another day in their care. $245 for boarding. $125 for my vet to get her back on her feet.\r \r ALSO,\r \r It tried to use them for regular yearly shots and one of my dogs was sick and needed to see the vet. I was told that I didn't have an appointment and they would try to work me in, but if they saw her after regular hours then I would have to pay the ""emergency rate"" to be seen!\r \r ?? more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Incapable doctor. Nearly killed my cat by with services she didn't even needed in the first place. RUN THE OTHER WAY. more

The first time I went to this vet in March I loved her. I have 2 dogs and they needed annuals and shots because I was boarding them for a week. They were nice, the prices were reasonable and it was really fast service. However, I recently returned and the experience was horrible and I will not be returning to this place. \r \r One of my dogs recently got a tick bite and she needed her rabies shot, so I made an appointment. I got to the vet and they told me she needed her annual and heartworm test as well, which wasnt true because I got her annual and heart worm test in March. They argued with me and told me they gave my other dog an annual and heart worm test and thats probably what I remember. I argued with them for about 10 min because I do have the paper work that says they gave BOTH of my dogs annuals and heart worm tests in March and stated I just wanted a rabies shot and for the vet to look at my dogs tick bite. Well...they ended up giving my dog an annual which was an extra $32, the vet was nice enough to include the heartworm test with the lyme disease test my dog had to have for the tick bite, but they also charged me for another shot that I didnt even know they did and I didnt approve it or anything which was $34. The told me afterwords that their records show she needs all this stuff which I knew wasnt true because I wouldnt have been able to board her in March if I didnt get her all her shots before then. It was a nightmare! \r \r I will not be returning to this vet because they gave my dog things she didnt need. Apparently they need to keep better track of their dogs on the computer or hire new employees who knows what they are talking about. When I called to make the appointment they said it would take 15 min and be around $60 and it ended up taking an hour and cost $160. I paid for things I didnt know I was paying for until it was too late and they did tests my dog didnt need. They totally took advantage of me and have lost my services because of it. more

I got my green cheek conure DNA tested at this location and it has been a nightmare. The vet handled my parrot well but waiting for the results have been ridiculous. Pros: null Cons: null more

Dr. Erwin clinic is open 24 hours which comes in handy when your pet gets sick and needs medical attention. more

I have boarded my dogs with TAMC in the past with good experiences, so I highly recommend. more

I worked here for a brief moment, all the bad reviews you see here are absolutely correct. Dr.Ervin screams in the employees faces and is constantly telling them they are stupid. She seems to be more concerned with making money than caring for animals. Some clients walked out right in front of me because they did not want their pet treated by someone who treats people so cruely. I would never, ever let this place lay a finger on my pet. All the "perfect" reviews you see here are OBVIOUSLY done by an employee at this office. more

Dr Ervin is so loving and caring to animals, I recommend this vet for the quality care they give your animals. more

They are so great to my dog when I leave him for there boarding care and we leave for vocation. They take such good care of him. more

This office has good front desk service and a great team of caring staff. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a good, informative and budget sensitive veterinarian. more

I did volunteer work here, and also heard via word of mouth while in the Vet Tech program about Dr. Irvin and her very violent outbursts at employees and how some animals died that shouldn't have. I won't share all the horror stories I've heard, but let's just say she answers the door with a gun in her hand after hours. She is unstable and her staff seems like they are constantly on eggshells worried about upsetting her. more

The staff is friendly, the doctor is knowledgeable and the office is clean. That is such a plus. more

They was polite and very helpful and every time I brought my miniature schnauzer there I was more than pleased with the results they gave me. more

Thanks for taking care of Josie in her last days. I appreciate all that you did for her. Thanks for being available at times of emergency and providing exceptional and compassionate care for her. She meant so much to me for all these years. Please keep doing all that you do, because when they get sick , we have nowhere else to turn for help.
