The Texas animal clinic has helped my pet when she was so sick. The loving care to my pet was obvious.

Worst

I got my green cheek conure DNA tested at this location and it has been a nightmare. The vet handled my parrot well but waiting for the results have been ridiculous. Pros: nul...

Very Pleased 3/28/2011

My dog had Parvo in 2002, and Dr. Ervin and her staff saved her life. My dog and I have been going to Dr. Ervin ever since, and we are very pleased with her and the rest at TAMC. more

Exceptional 3/23/2011

How much I appreciate you Dr. Ervin. Thanks for care of our jessie in her last days. I appreciate all that you did for her. Thanks for being avaliable at times of emergency and providing exceptional and compassionate care for her. She meant so much to me for the all these years. Please keep doing all that you do because when they get sick, we have no where else to turn to for help. On behalf of me and Brdget 14, her cousin (black cocker) Thanks. more

Excellent Vet 3/16/2011

I usually use my local vet for routine exams but when an emergency arises I take my pets to TAMC. In 2004 Dr. Ervin saved my chihuahua puppy from shock caused by low blood sugar. She was kept overnight for treatment. Today I took my geriatric dog to her for a 2nd opinion and more extensive testing than my regular vet offers. Bloodwork, X-rays and exam were performed and I was relieved to have the original diagnosis of arthritis confirmed. more

The staff is wonderful 3/15/2011

This place is open when nobody else is and has a very compitent staff, took great care of my baby after an accident at the lake. Thanks to all who are there caring. Very reassuring. more

So Helpful 2/25/2011

I moved to Waco in February of 2008 and began taking my sickly Shih Tzu to Dr. Ervin. She and her staff have always been helpful by answering all of my questions and taking good care of my dog. When she had to be hospitalized overnight, Dr. Ervin didn't even charge me for that stay. I find the prices to be comparable to and sometimes less than her vet in Houston. more

so pleased with services 1/12/2011

We were so pleased with emergency services provided that we switch vets and have taken atleast five pets there from everything to yearly exams to surgery. We have been extremely please with the doctor and her staff. We can not hesitate to provide some positive remarks on this negative board. It is like people are writing about a totally different place - but we also know people are more likely to take the time to post something negative than they are to post something positive more

Very Caring 12/16/2010

My dog was injured in 2006 so I took him to Texas Animal Medcial Center for his care. Dr Ervin did an execellent job and she showed a very caring atittude. Maggie ended up having heartworms, but no one before had ever mentioned giving him heartworm preventive or a heart treatment sense she was 12 years old and already had them. The treatment was little high, but she did cure him of the heartworms and ending up living till he was 14 years old. I have not found a better veterinarian nor a more caring one. more

They Love your Animal 11/10/2010

Thank You: We cannot thank enough Dr. Luann Ervin and the staff at the Texas Animal Medical Center on Steinbeck Bend Drive for their loving care and service. While driving through Waco on a recent long road trip, we were involved in a very bad car accident, rolling over three times on I-35. While our family all went to the ER (we are going to be fine), Dr. Ervin came out to the site at night to care for and transport our beautiful golden retriever. She kept her all night and cared for her injuries, and charged us not a penny. Sadly, Belle's spinal cord was severed, and we had to let her leave us, back in our town the next day. The love and concern given us by the Texas Animal Medical Center was a gift in the midst of a traumatic and heartbreaking experience. We are grateful. more

Very Appreciated 11/8/2010

Thank you very much for the compassion care and consideration that you and your entier staff showed to us and our beloved Grande. She was a large part of our life and one of the family. Thank you for presenting to the students of Bells Hill. The fourth and fifth graders are continuing to talk about the information and your presentation. Lisa and Hender added to the scientific information. Noticing that math knowledge is a vital to becoming a vet encouraged out students to work harder through fifth grade Taks tests are over. Fourth grade is facing the test in 2 weeks. I know the information and encouragement you gave them will be helpful. more
