I have been with State Farm Insurance for about 8 years now. I left and went with another company because the prices were cheaper, only to have the rates double the next month. I will NEVER use another insurance company again. My home and car are insured with StateFarm and the rates decrease every 6 months. One of the things that I do not like about the company is that they charge a $3.00 service for automatic withdrawal. In the past I had a great personable relationship with Virginia, the office manager, but as of late the "new" agents have been lacking in their commitment to returning calls on important issues, but overall I still love the company.
