Best

Ten Mercer is a great place to go before an event at Key Arena. Stopped in with the wife for drinks and a bite to eat and really enjoyed it. Came back after the game for a couple ...

Worst

First time to Ten Mercer last Friday night for a light, late meal. I ordered lobster bisque. It was very thin with some type of minced, mystery fish. Zero flavor. Ordered a glass ...

not overly impressed 12/19/2005

i've been to ten mercer twice, and both times i came away with the same feeling -- eh. the food is ok, nothing special. the appetizers are ok, and only one app (the cheese simosas) are better than average. the service is weird - we had a waitress who was great, but the lady who brought us our meals looked like she'd just gotten in a fight w/her boyfriend - very angry look on her face, very bitchy attitude. she plopped the meals in front of us without trying to figure out who they belonged to, and my vegetarian hubby was not too excited to look down at a plate full of pork. the pork was undercooked and only warm. the side that came with it was lacking taste. they make a really good drink there, so if you want to have a fun bar night then it's a good place to go. but unless they make some major changes in their chef/menu, i wouldn't go back. more

Excellent restaurant, nice ambiance 9/16/2005

After taking in a nearby game at Key Arena or hanging out in lower Queen Anne at night, Ten Mercer is an excellent stop for a great meal. I had a juicy tender steak and vegetables, and my date had a savory salmon dish. Both tasted great, so needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised and wouldn’t hesitate to go back next time I am in Queen Anne. The location and quality are top notch. more
