Ted’s is great! The store is always clean and the service is wonderful, everyone there is very professional. Everyone is always extremely helpful and respectful. I purchased a firearm from Ted’s and they were extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Having had such a great experience when I decided to sell some jewelry I went to Ted’s and again they were great. I would definitely recommend Ted’s! There are pawn shops closer to me but I really value the great service and quality products I get at Ted’s, it‘s definitely worth the drive! \r more

Worst time. Walked in and asked him if he bought bicycles ended up being ordered to ""hit the door"" and get out. I own a bicycle store and was really just wondering if we could do some business, but wow. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. 3 thumbs down Mr. Pawn shop guy, 3 thumbs down. more

I have had a very good experience over the years going to Ted's Pawnshop. I have used both aspects of the business, the pawning and the great bargains on retail items for sale. I bring my gold ring in to get a little extra cash when I need it. I also save money on items I buy for me and my family. I do all my Christmas shopping at Ted's. The rates and terms on pawning are very reasonable and straightforward. I have always been treated fairly. This is the best Pawnshop in Cincinnati. After pawning several items over several years at Ted's, I will never walk into their doorway again. The owner, Ted, is the most insufferable jerk I have encountered in years, belittling me on the phone when I called in with a question about an item I had on pawn. Why someone would be so rude, cruel and smarmy to a repeat customer is beyond me. I wish I had the conversation on tape so I could share it with the world. I'm glad there's other pawn shops in town when I have an emergency cash situation. I will never grace his business again as long as I live. Don't reward this jerk's bad behavior. A co-worker had got engagement ring at Ted's and was very happy. I was a little apprehensive at first but my fiance and I wanted to check it out. Long story short, I now have a GIA certified diamond almost TWICE the size (and better quality) of what local jewelers had. I picked out the setting and they had it for me with the within a week. I was super happy but even happier after we got it appraised for insurance. SCORE! I got a great deal. Looking forward to getting anniversary gifts there. Thanks, Ted. I had a very good experience at Ted's. I got a loan on my rolex to cover me until payday due to some unexpected expenses. The cost was less than a pay day lender's charge. I got my watch back exactly as it was when I pawned it. A very good experience and I have been back since then and bought some jewelry and tools at good prices. Excellent experience. I was short on cash and had never pawned before. I got a loan on some jewelry. Got it out the next month for a reasonable fee. My jewelry was returned to me exactly as I had left it. Service was very professional. Would recommend. Also saw good deals on jewelry. more
