Worst

Amazing customer service 11/19/2014

It's very rare to find customer service like this anymore. Not only were they more then competitive in the original install pricing, they have really set themselves apart with the way they have treated me after. Allot of places would have installed the equipment gotten the check and walked away. Any issues after would be resolved with more $. Not this company Joe and his employees have taken time out of very busy days to come by and fix anything that has come up. All the issues have been operator error on my part (not setting things right) that they have quickly resolved while taking the time to show me the correct way. When most places would tell me "look in your manual" or "we found the problem, it's you" then give you a bill they have smiled and never even been a little rude about it. Nice to know company's like this are still out there. more

Outstanding Service 7/26/2014

Cant say enough good things about these folks. From inquiry to istallation- 24 hours. Beat that ANYONE! and The installers were exceptional. Taylor should be very happy with the group of people they employ. I have already recommened and will continute to do so. No one will get a bette shake anywhere. more

Great customer service 6/26/2014

The entire staff at Taylor are very friendly and helpful. Last year, they installed a new air conditioner at my house. I recently had an issue with an older piece of equipment. I called Taylor and Hannah promptly scheduled the service cal. Mike diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly and efficiently. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend them. more

This was my first experience with Taylor Heating & AC. They gave me a quote for an AC unit, and it was installed the next day. It was on budget with no hidden fees or charges. The installers did an amazing job all in one day. I have no complaints. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was okay and to let me know about things to look for. more

Overall a pleasant yet neccessary experience 5/8/2014

My experience in working with Taylor Heating & AC has left me with a very positive impression of them and the service they provide. Everyone whom I talked to was very professional, informative and willing to work with me on equipment packages and pricing. I did a great deal of price comparison amongst companies in the same market and none of them came close to the level of customer service that Taylor Heating & AC provided. Quick, efficient, dependable 4/16/2014

Taylor Heating & AC came recommended to us by one of our daughters and we're happy to have hired them. They installed a new gas heater for us and were very professional. Joe was very knowledgeable and honest about our options and we're very pleased with the new heating system. This was our first time using them and we found the service to be high-quality for the price. I'd absolutely recommend them. more

replaced unit after being ripped off from Thurman's heating. 3/17/2014

Was told by Thurman's that smart valve was bad. Found it on line for a 1/3 rd of what was quoted. Called Taylor to come fix it since the other place would not. Taylor showed up and right off the back showed me the burnt circuit board which was several hundred to replace. So now out $400. He quoted a price to replace it. I asked if they took payments he said sometimes with like half down and the rest in a couple months. I told him I'm out of work for a couple of weeks do to back surgery. Could you take $1000 now and like $100 payments, he said he would go back to office and see what he could do. Never got called back that day. So I borrowed the money from my pops who didn't really have it to give. Anyway, I called them back and said to do it and I'll post date a check for three days. They did a good job for a fair price. Got cash off credit cards that day said I could bring cash same day. Asked if I could get some type off cash discount, said they couldn't. Just wish they could of worked with me during my rough times. Got good credit and all. Wish I would of been given payment option. Still would recommend. Thank you. more

I had gone to a couple different places before Taylor Heating & AC and wanted to get a second opinion to make sure the other companies weren't trying to mess me over. The people from Taylor told me the issue was definitely what I thought it was -- heat exchanger. After they diagnosed it, they got it done that day. more

Really happy! 3/12/2014

I used Taylor Heating & AC for the first time, and I was really happy. They replaced the furnace in my house. They came in the morning to repair my furnace, but it was totally shot. It was no good anymore, so they came back later that afternoon and put a new one in. They were done by five. They worked fast, and the price was good. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They sold me a furnace that worked for my house, not something that was more expensive. more

There was a little confusion with the order itself. The guy from Taylor Heating & AC showed up with the wrong equipment, but he immediately took off back to the warehouse. Everything else made it all worthwhile, and they did everything they could to make it right. I was very pleased overall with the work and the effort they made. more

I would recommend Taylor Heating & AC! We used them for the first time, and they worked with me for what we needed. We couldn't necessarily come up with the payment right away, and they came up with a plan that allowed us to get what we needed. The work they did was great! more

Quick and friendly service 2/21/2014

Our furnace wasn't heating and the house was cold. Taylor Heating came and diagnosed the problem the same day and fixed our issue quickly. They were friendly and the cost was fair. We definitely recommend them. more

My kids were warm again! 2/20/2014

Taylor Heating & AC had awesome service! They were willing to work with me when I was on hard times, so that the heat was back on that day. I ran them through an extreme analysis process before I chose them. They had a great, great price, and they were willing to do their great price in payments. They even matched the price somebody else gave me, and they were out here the same day. The tech who did the work was great. He replaced my motherboard. He did a diagnostic test beforehand to make sure, on the chance that I wouldn't have to pay for a whole new one. So he did try and save me money first, which was great. more
