After calling another highly rated service company, waiting all day and then being stood up not once but twice, I called Taylor Heating and AC. A technician came out the same day, diagnosed the issue and had our furnace repaired as soon as the parts became available (three days). They even offered to pay for expedited delivery. They were pleasant to deal with, on time, did an excellent job, used booties when they needed to enter the house, left the work area clean, and were less expensive than the first company I called. I highly recommend this company!
