Dear Mark, I wanted to take a minute of my time to tell you what a wonderful New car sales Manager Jody is. Since 2005 my husband and I have been loyal customers to Rogers Chevrolet; however, with our most recent lease vehicle (2008 Impala leased in Feb 2008), we discovered their very poor quality of customer service as well as poor quality in vehilcle repair. When we leased that car the troubles began. On average that vehicle was in the shop for some type of repair once every 3.3 months. I recently have had several concerns regarding warranty issues that were never completed. After contacting Rogers several times to get that car in for repairs prior to lease turn in, I was always told there was no rental available and that I would have to wait up to 2 weeks for them to be able to get my car in the shop. My lease was due to be up May 14, 2011 and I was very upset this morning and I contacted your service dept to inquire about the repair issues that Rogers basicaly refused to address. I first spoke with Chris( I think that was his name) in the service dept and he was more than willing to assist me in getting some answers to my problems. Chris then refered me to Jody Smith, the New Car Sales Manager. Jody contacted me within minutes after I hung up the phone with Chris. Jody was very kind and listened to my concerns and problems with Rogers. My husband and I have been trying to get into a new car with Rogers for almost 2months now and we have had no return calls or letters. Jody asked if we would come in and meet with him. I agreed and I have to say that I have never met a person in a sales position that had more concern about the customer than anything else. He clearly knew how upset I was and he worked with us and got us approved for a new car today to help ease the burden and worry since Rogers would not respond to us at all. I am VERY thankful that I actually found a car dealership that actually cares about their customers first! This man and his team went above and beyond their job to make sure we were completely satisfied when we left this evening. Please take a moment of your time to say a big thank you to Jody, Chris, and Tony for treating us with diginity, respect, and kindness. Thank you very much! more

Mark, I just wanted to send you a note of thanks. I traveled to the Romulus late yesterday to attend a family funeral. When I arrived last night I had a headlight out and I have to drive back to southern Ohio later today. I arrived before the doors were open and your guys were helpful from the start. I told them my predicament and they took excellent care of me. I was out in an hour and they even washed my car. I am a pretty loyal Chevy guy. My Equinox has almost 185,000 miles on it and I hate the idea of getting a new vehicle because I love mine so much. More important than all of that I manage 11 radio stations in 2 different cities and know how important customer service is at every level of a business from the receptionist all the way back to the janitor. I also would like to be able to interact with all of my customers but that is impossible. On a daily basis we have to trust our employees to deliver to our customers the service we expect. Customers often contact you when they have a complaint. I wanted you to know that your team at Taylor Chevy delivered outstanding customer service today. I believe that dedication to customer service happens because you make it a priority. You and your team took a lot stress out of what is already a stressful day. Due to my living all the way in the southeast corner of Ohio I am not a great candidate for you new car sales department. I have bought my last 2 vehicles from Pioneer Chevrolet in Marietta Ohio due in large part to their service department. Buyer BEWARE 10/21/2010

They say all they're vehicles are GM certified NOT true, I bought a vehicle from them that looked fine at first, on the way home bout 8 mile down the road all the lights started to come on, service engine light, VSC(vehicle safety control) took the car back to them and they kept it for 3 weeks giving me the run around, eventualy I got tired of it and wanted my money back cause they said they couldn't fix it and it might be something minor, they had sent the vehicle to the lexus dealer and the lexus dealer warned them bout the safety issues with the vehicle that they kept from me, when I picked up the vehicle I found a work order reciept under seat from lexus dealer with about $10,000 of repairs that was rejected by taylor chevorlet, took it back to them and through all the frustration. We tried to go a different route buy changing vehicles through them, test drove another one and lights warnings came on to shut off car low oil pressure, eventually they decided to fix the lexus and ill trade in my other vehicle for a cadillac and they would pay the difference for the trade in, bought the cadillac and that broke down the next day, it had a bad head gasket( no warantee on the cadillac) now that vehicle is sitting at another shop and I'm stuck with a $3000 bill, hmm... GM certified? I don't believe so they just try to sell you junk and tell you that they're use vehicles are GM certified, now I don't have nothing to go back and forth to work with and have one car with a 3000 dolla... Beware of Hidden Fees 9/22/2010

I recently purchased a car from them and when I came back to pick it up and sign the paperwork, the price was not what I was orginally told it would be. They said it was a fee to get the lender to buy my contract. I went with it because my credit was jacked up due to a my mortgage loan modification process and my lease was running out on my current vehicle. I paid their big $2,500 down payment and took their sky high interest rate because my back was against a wall. \r \r Shop around and give yourself more time than I did...there are better deals out there.\r \r The plus is that they do have nice, low mileage cars!\r I got a very nice car, but I'm paying out the nose for it! more

This place is a Fraud, They are running Fake Ads!!! 4/6/2009

I went in to the dealership off of the ads that they run on the television. The Ad says ""We Say Yes"". Even with bad credit. I knew that I had bad credit, but I was turning in a 2008 toyota and I had a co-signer. After 3 weeks I still hadn't heard anything. I went in to see the sales rep. and I was told that my application was never turned in. Then before submitting my application I was asked for $2500 down and then asked if I could get a second co-signer. Pros: Theyhave very nice vehicles Cons: They never call you back!! more

Good Dealership! 9/2/2005

We have leased two cars from Rowan Pontiac in the last five years and their service is very good there. The gals that we leased the cars from don't work there anymore but they still have a very friendly staff of people working here. The service department workers are pleasant as well. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a GM Pontiac! more
