I just wanted to send you a note of thanks. I traveled to the Romulus late yesterday to attend a family funeral. When I arrived last
night I had a headlight out and I have to drive back to southern Ohio later today. I arrived before the doors were open and your guys were helpful from the start. I told them my predicament and they took
excellent care of me. I was out in an hour and they even washed my car.
I am a pretty loyal Chevy guy. My Equinox has almost 185,000 miles on it and I hate the idea of getting a new vehicle because I love mine so much. More important than all of that I manage 11 radio stations in 2 different cities and know how important customer service is at every level of a business from the receptionist all the way back to the janitor. I also would like to be able to interact with all of my customers but that is impossible. On a daily basis we have to trust our employees to deliver to our customers the service we expect.
Customers often contact you when they have a complaint. I wanted you to know that your team at Taylor Chevy delivered outstanding customer service today. I believe that dedication to customer service happens because you make it a priority. You and your team took a lot stress out of what is already a stressful day. Due to my living all the
way in the southeast corner of Ohio I am not a great candidate for you new car sales department. I have bought my last 2 vehicles from Pioneer
Chevrolet in Marietta Ohio due in large part to their service department.
