TOI food is like home. It is always fresh & people are very nice. Anytime in the day you go, you will find fresh food. The best part is service is excellant. I will rate it the best . We ordered food to be delivered to our hotel. They told us 1/2 hour. After an hour we called and they said the driver was on his way. 15 min later, we called and got the driver's cell phone. He said he had an accident. After another call, we learned the accident was that he dropped our food. We asked how much longer. He said 20 minutes. This was after waiting 1 1/2 hours. He also would not agree to give us any compensation for the inconvenience. The restaurant pretended not to know about his ""accident,"" but later we found they did. After not getting a straight answer from them, or our food, we canceled the order, yet they charged my credit card anyway. Well the title says it all! We aren't in Berkely California so... But for Spokane it is the best, and only, oppertunity to enjoy the savory flavors of India!
