The prices were the best around it must be possible because of the poor equipment I'll pay a little extra and visit a salon with new bulbs more

The new TanzMania in Frandor is very cool. It looks like a New York kind of salon. They've got lots of rooms and excellant equipment to chose from. I checked around and there prices were about the best I found. Very clean and the workers are very friendly and helpful. There original Frandor salon was nice, but the new larger one is awesome! They also also run Guys & Dolls Hair Salon/Spa which is connected to TanzMania, so now I go there too.If you go there you'll love it! more

I liked everything about Tanzmania. I have only encountered 1 rude employee and I think she was new when i stopped going there. I was a regular customer ince my sophmore year in highschool. I got so tan that I almost didn't even look white anymore (great for me). The staff (everyone except that one person) is great and will ask you how you've been, carry on actual conversations with you. the only reason i stopped tanning there was when they raised their prices. but the beds are clean, the staff is friendly and its in frandoor so it's really convienient and easy to get to more

I figured with the low prices and being able to make an appointment, what could go wrong with this tanning salon. If you don't mind waiting in line, a rude staff and kind of dirty, then this is the right place for you. My friend and I make appointments everyday in hopes that we won't have to wait in line. But what's the point of making an appointment when you still have to wait in line for at least 8 to 10 minutes or even better....they give your bed away so you can either wait for it to reopen or go in another one if it's available. I bought a level 2 package, but half the time can't even go in one because I have to wait so long. Also, the staff is so rude. It took me 30 minutes before they would answer their phone so I could change my appointment, and by the time I got through you would have thought I was the biggest inconvenience ever. Hey...I am doing you a favor by at least calling and making that appointment availabe for others. I have worked in two tanning salons and have tanned at many salons and never have I seen this type of salon before. Don't be fooled by the prices... Pros: Cheap Prices Cons: Everything more

I have been to just about every tanning salon in the Lansing Area over the past 8 years. Tanz Mania is by far the one I recommend most. They have excellent equipment and customer service! Doug (the owner) is frequently in the store and pays close attention to his customer's satisfaction. They have the latest and greatest equipment and lotions! They staff are very friendly and offer excellent advice for new tanners as well as a welcoming smile for the regulars. Pros: Excellent packages and rates to go along with excellent equipment more
