I liked everything about Tanzmania. I have only encountered 1 rude employee and I think she was new when i stopped going there. I was a regular customer ince my sophmore year in highschool. I got so tan that I almost didn't even look white anymore (great for me). The staff (everyone except that one person) is great and will ask you how you've been, carry on actual conversations with you. the only reason i stopped tanning there was when they raised their prices. but the beds are clean, the staff is friendly and its in frandoor so it's really convienient and easy to get to
