The sushi overall was ordinary at best. The beef teriyaki was awful. Truthfully. I've been eating Japanese for yrs. and this is not good here.

Big and Tasty 2/27/2009

Wow i was very surprised the rolls there were so good. I ve never heard of more than half the rolls, but all was great, well the ones i have tried so far. The portions are really big, you get alot of babang for your money there. The best roll of them all is the Keven roll, try that one if you like garlic and onions like i do. more

Good place for beginners 2/24/2009

I'm pretty new when it comes to sushi and i came here with a friend for lunch a couple days ago. The lunch special was amazing (salmon, spicy pork, dumplings, rice, soup AND salad) and only cost $8.50! what a deal! Also tried some fish recommended by the sushi chef but i was not brave enough to try raw. The cooked stuff was awesome though. more

Delicious 2/24/2009

Came here for valentines day and loved it! It's kinds tucked away on the very inside of a shopping center but not very hard to find. The Menu looked small but contained alot of stuff. We ordered the Snow Cone Roll (best thing ever), Spicy Louisiana Roll, the Hungry Roll and one other that i forgot with some sashimi. One word: delicious! Also one of the few places that has Escolar (aka super white), it's not on the menu, but you can ask your waiter for it. Over all, 5 stars. more

I fell in love with this place right away! The staff is so friendly and the food is great! The sushi chefs are very knowledgeable and usually make great recommendations. Yum!!!!!! 2/24/2009

I've worked at many Sushi restaurants before so i know my way around sushi! Stopped by this place one Saturday and was very impressed. The place looked small but the atmosphere was nice, can't tell you much about the wait staff (I got takeout) but the hostess was nice and answered all my questions about the menu, which by the way was very impressive. Taste was very good too for a great price. Pros: Great food for great price Cons: small place more

Lunch Specials, Great Service...& How about them Sushi Roll! 1/26/2009

I've been a regular of Sushi Nikko because of the proximity of my work (Energy Corridor) & location of Sushi Nikko. What brings me back is the welcoming environment that the staff brings. Occassionaly, the owner, Steve Hong, will make his rounds just to say hello, very welcoming...and occassionally will provide on the house specials free of charge because of my regular visits! Although the staff is great, what truly brings me back are the various types of rolls & sushi thats unique and different (seaweed salad, spicy squid, etc.). Price is definitely fair compared to other high priced sushi restaurant especially during the current economic conditions. Pros: Sushi, Rolls, Staff, Service, Owner more

Arigotou gozai-masu 1/19/2009

This place is kick butt. My wife is not a big fan of sushi, or at least untill now. Went on a sunday left full and still had money in my pocket. Most sushi bars ar up in the price and you get small servings. This plase is not that Bar. You get a good amount of food Fresh and full of flavor. Staff was very up beat and was almost like being in Japan untill i heard the radio. All In All i love this place and they will get to know me very soon. YOU MUST GO!! Pros: Good Beer if you like import asian good food and ppl Cons: If you dont were it is you may pass it. more
