I cannot thank them enough for their patients kindness and love as we came to terms with having to let go of our pet. I had to put my kitty down yesterday morning and this morning a beautiful vase of flowers arrived at my doorstep in sympathy of my beloved Mowgli. Thank you Surprise animal hospital for such a loving act of kindness!!!!! more

My review is about the staff there and the compassion for Animals my dog was in a fight and was beat up pretty bad they are the closest vet to my house and I have my animals registered there I took my Cane Corso there that was just in a fight they did nothing for him when I got there and told me the bill was going to be just over $2,200 the lady that came in then told me they needed $2,000 upfront before they would do any work on my boy I did not have the $2,000 then they offered a courtesy euthanasia and to leave them there overnight which I did not do if he was going to pass he was going to pass in my arms and not locked in a cage at an animal shelter they ended up putting bandages on his legs send some home never cleaned him never did nothing they wanted their money and their money only these people do not care about animals they care about their pockets more

We have been there a number of times & each time the prices were so high that I had to have my Mom or my sister pay for services. Clean his teeth $540 OMG! R u kidding me? That's $340 more than what it should be. All in all we spent $789 & my dog is still sick & they say they dont know what the problem is. Also, we had a different vet each time. I don't Luke that at all! I'm trying to keep my dog at home. BIG $$$! more

Worst Vet clinic I've found in 30 years of pet ownership. Charges for services not performed, lost information, revolving for of doctors and a lack of concern for your pet. Don't waste your time, your pet's health or your money. more

I cant thank thie Dr and staff enough on the outstanding care they provided from the moment I called. The receptionist was so caring and concercned and got Miley right in. When we go there the place was so busy but she took the time with us. Waited a short time and was taken to exam room. There the tech. Explained this to where one could understand. Again, was so concerned and and answered all questions. The Dr came in and examined Miley and told everything and made sure we understood. Was the best experience ive had at a vet. Clinic. The place was spotless from entering in to the exam room. Very nice place. I cant express enough how the hospital is and will be bringing my pets there. I want to thank each and everyone one of you. You were awesome. A five star place for sure!!!!!! more

I would highly recommend Surprise Animal Hospital to anyone. The vets there all care deeply about your pets. I have five pets ranging from young to old and have been going there for years and I've never been disappointed. They do a great job maintaining the good health of my pets by regular exams and dentals and geriatric screenings. When I've had the occasional crisis with my older pets they were right on with their diagnosis and offer payment plans to help when the treatment becomes more expensive. Their hours are great and they've stayed beyond closing to help my pets on more then one occasion! When I had to put my oldest pet to sleep the vet even made a house call because we knew my pet would be more comfortable at home. If you want a lifelong relationship with a truly caring vet that treats your pets like family then this is the place!!! more

hORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. A 4 MONTH OLD BABY RAGDOLL KITTEN GOES IN FOR AN EMERGENCY VISIT WITH YELLOW DISCHARGE AND REPORTS OF YELLOW VOMIT. BRUSHED OFF WITH CLAIMS OF A URI AND ANTIBIOTICS....9 DAYS LATER A 4 MONTH OLD BABY RAGDOLL KITTEN IS DEAD, FROM LIVER FAILURE.....RESEARCH WITH OTHER VETERINARIANS SAY IT WOULD HAVE MADE SENSE TO BRING UP POSSIBILITIES OF LIVER ISSUES AND TEST ETC..... BUT NOT SURPRISE AH.....TAKE MY MONEY AND WELL, IN MY OPINION, KILLED THE FAMILY KITTEN.....MY EXPERIENCE AND OPINION AND I AM ENTITLED TO IT... more

We've been to Surprise Animal Hospital a couple of times. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and cared for. However, we had to wait to get in to the exam room for at least 10 minutes. That would have been fine, things happen. But then every time an assistant or the actual vet came in and went back out promising to return shortly, we would sit there and wait some more. It was frustrating. Their prices were also on the high side. more
