Excellent customer service. My representative was Michelle and she helped guide me through every step of my first ""professional"" move. I have always relied on my parents or my ex husband to handle things like this, but this time around it was solely me, with Michelle's help of course! Now if I could just find someone to help me with all the laundry ! more

I'm not one for writing reviews but this moving company did such an awesome job that I felt the world should know it. I found them through an online search and after much deliberation between them and 2 other companies, I chose them. It was the little things that stood out to me... the owner himself called me after Serena came to give my estimate to make sure everything went well. Then after the move, one of the movers called an employee from the office and they wanted to make sure before the movers left that everything was in place and that I was satisfied with their work. Small touches that mean a lot. more

My husband knows someone who works for this company and when we needed movers we called them right away. They were fantastic. They were on time, on point, and very friendly. They moved all of my furniture quickly but efficiently. Nothing was damaged and I was happy at the end of the day! more

I found them online and hired them to move some of my things around in my home. I have back problems and am unable to do a lot of heavy lifting. They sent a few guys and within a few hours my house was rearranged exactly the way I wanted it. A+ service. more

I have had my belongings stored in their warehouse for almost 3 years and last week we were finally ready to take delivery! I was happily surprised at the condition of our belongings. I have heard many horror stories about storage situations where things end up missing or have heat damage from lack of air conditioning. So I was expecting at least a few damages but there were none that I have found so far! I did tour their storage warehouse as per the own recommendation to see that they truly did have a cool, air conditioned, protected storage place before allowing them to take my things. I am extremely pleased and I would like to thank the employees here for taking such good care of my stuff! more

I got a coupon in the mail or else I wouldn't have even known about this company. Originally I had seen a sign on the side of the road for college kids who move you but once I got the coupon for Superior in the mail I decided to go with professionals. They were impressive and I will tell you they did a great job. more

They were 30 minutes later getting to me but in the end it was a good job done. I used a coupon I received in the mail and hired them on hourly charges. The manager gave me also a price that was not hourly but I choose to use the coupon and it saved me around 50 dollars! more

They deserve 5 stars because they are a small business that leaves a big impression.it seems that out of all the moving companies I searched for this one had re best reputation. I wanted to tour the facility so I showed up and was impressed at how clean and efficient their warehouse and office employees were. I hired this company to move my mother into Century Village. She was thrilled with the service and she said the movers were the nicest workers shes ever had in her home. They were not in a rush, she said they took their time and made sure every piece of furniture was in the right spot and that nothing was overlooked. We are both pleased with the outcome of her move! more

They were able to look up in my file the group of men they sent about 3 years ago and they were more than happy to send the same men as per my request. Very polite movers, on time took care of my items. The lead mover walked in and introduced himself as George. The took the time to wrap everything up and moved carefully. It seemed a little slow, but they gave me a flat rate so it wasn't time sensitive. Overall good, affordable experience. more

All Positive , I have no complaints about my experience with Superior Moving ! The lead mover, Dwayne, came to inspect my belongings a few hours before the move to confirm which size truck we needed. This was very helpful as it also allowed him to get a sense of loading situation. He and two other movers showed up right on time and loaded our belongings in a reasonable time. They wrapped everything in moving blankets and plastic wrapping. They unloaded at a quick but careful pace, and put everything where it belonged. It was the smoothest move ever and their prices were extremely competitive. I would definitely use them again! more

I had to take the time to write a review and really thank Superior Moving & Storage inc. I moved two miles from my original home, within Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The team from Superior Moving showed up at 9 am on the dot and just as the office had confirmed. My entire 1-bedroom apartment was loaded and unloaded by lunch time. The move itself might have been small, but there were long hallways and tight turns, and at one point, some larger furniture had to go down the stairs, not the elevator. The movers were polite and efficient - exactly what I needed. What is normally a very stressful experience was made so much easier. more

I am impressed with company's that stick to their words. These employees really took their time with my things and when it came to transporting my antique grandfather clock, they were so good. I was so worried that it would be damaged in the process but they handled it with such care. It hasn't moved from the same spot in my living room in over 20 years. They wrapped it with bubble wrap and thick blankets and it arrived at my new house in perfect condition, just like their office promised! more

Moving is never ever fun either you have to hire someone or owe all of your friends a favor. The crew from Superior Moving & Storage made it one of the most enjoyable for my wife and I. They were incredibly nice, efficient, fast and friendly. Robert and Jose and the other two guys (sorry, I'm flaking on their names) communicated with us the entire time about what was going and, when we got to our new house, where it was going. Probably the best move (and there have been a few) we've had in our 15 years together. I definitely applaud Superior Moving from the office staff to the movers, thanks for making a very stressful move much easier to bare. more

There was no bull**** when dealing with this company. Everyone I dealt with told me the honest truth, even when it wasnt what I wanted to hear. I appreciate not being lied to. When I didnt understand something that the movers asked me to sign (I always read everything) the office lady took the time to explain it in detail to me. I like this moving business and would refer my friends to them. more

In my opinion this is a grade A company. They are honest and patient, as this was a very stressful time for me and things did not go exacrtly as planned on my end. They were able to work with me, and they held my stuff over night for a few days when my realtor had issues with the closing. I don't know if the other companies I interviewed would have been as understanding about the situation. I would recommend them. more
