went in with glasses i bought there. they broke in half and fell off my face???? went in directly because i need them to drive and work. well first the girl at the desk could not tell me if the glasses are covered. the managers not there. so she lied. then made me wait till he returned then cant get me new glasses till tomorrow????? glasses in one hour, lie. glasses 2 pair for 99.00. lie. crappy products, and the old bate and switch. if you read this and still use success vision, then you deserve what ever they screw you for!!! more

Been back several times because when I clean my glasses, the lens pops out. Sometimes they try little things, but it doesnt fix the problem. Today a man told me ""well, just don't do that!"". I told him I had to clean them & asked for the manager. He proudly told me HE was the manager...that he would do nothing, this was ""the best he could do"". When I asked if he had a boss, he laughed. He mocked me & sarcastically wished me a good night. I manage a business & that's not good business, folks. more

I saw their 2 for $99 deal on tv and I went in to see what they had. They had a great variety and I liked their selection. But I liked the more expensive frames. They had a 2 pair deal on those as well. I think it was about $180 for 2 pairs. I also thought they were friendly and helped me to stay within my budget. I also liked that they were divided into sections according to price range so I don't fall in love with one to find that they were too expensive. I liked this place and I'll be back next time. more

I was very dissatisified with Success Vision Express. They told us the 2 for $99 on bificoals were off sale. The sales lady told me and my husband that it would be $299 for 2 pair.I told her the ad was still running on tv 2 for $99. That didn't matter to them they just said sorry. The ad also said in an hour or less, try 3 1/2 hours. I won't be recommending them to anyone. more

This is the worst business in Little Rock, AR. They will tell you what you want to here on the phone even when you are driving over an hour and a half to do business there. Horrible customer service will not work with customers and the rudest employees I have ever seen. Stay Away from Sucess Vision Express. The eye doctor Amerine Eye Care IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH SUCESS VISION! Even though Amerine is attached they are supposedly not associated. Amerine Eye Care is very nice and professional they deserve 5 stars but when connected to same door 0 stars. more

I came in here for myself about a month ago. I came back with my husband, over the weekend, and they had some new frames! I was close to buying another pair! I guess I'll be back next yr because they'll definitely have some new styles. The styles also vary. From things for kids to old men. I can see my entire family coming here. more

I've been coming here since I came to the States 15rs ago! They have amazing customer service and a wide variety of frames to choose from. I bought a semi-expensive pair that was cute, and I also got another one as a back up. I ended up spending around $250. Not too bad! The glasses last a long time and I've gotten several compliments. They got the prescription right the 1st time and I didn't feel mistreated or cheated as a customer. Props to this business! I'll continue being a loyal customer : ) more

I wanted some cheap glasses to get me by for a year or 2. So, a friend recommended this place. They had several walls, each with a specific price range (this made my task of being el cheapo that much easier). The employees didn't brush me off when I told them I wanted to be cheap. In fact, they showed me some hecka inexpensive ones. They were very helpful and they offered me their female opinions on which ones looked good, yet manly on me. I appreciated their help (my gf thanks them too!) Erin444 must have caught them on a bad day bc I'm satisfied with the glasses and the prescription works fine. When I get more money, I'll def be back to pick out some cooler and more fashionable looking frames. Pros: Good service, wide variety, reasonable price Cons: kinda busy more

I had my original glasses in another state. And I wanted a 2nd pair for a back up, as well as prescription sunglasses. I went into Success Vision and was immediately greeted. Someone came over to help and ushered me in the direction of the glasses that would be in the price I wanted to spend. When I told them my prescription was from another state, they patiently waited while I used their phone to have them fax over the prescription to the office. The workers also gave me their honest opinion on how the glasses looked. I like them, and I've been getting several compliments on how they look! I've already referred some people to this store! If you want to waste several trips to get your glasses prescription redone, then go here! The eye glasses were expensive! It seems good at first, but they were very low quality. I had to go back to get the prescription changed and then get them fixed several times! They still don't have it quite right. My eyes are hurting. :( Looks like a visit to LR Eye Clinic for me! Pros: SOUNDS cheap Cons: NOT cheap! more
