We have been using Success Vision Express for years. My husband's lense came out of his glasses and got stepped on. We called them and was told that all we had to do was pay the insurance since our year was not up yet. We were told it would be a week or so. I called after a week and half and was told that they had to send the lense back due to the transitions were not put on the lense. After a week later a woman from the North Little Rock office called and stated that we were going to have to pay full price due to my husband prescription had expired. She was very rude. When it was all over she stated that she did not want our business and to come get our money. I have never been treated no badly and my husband still does not have his glasses.
