I would recommend Studio X fitness to anyone who wants to feel like a new person in regards to balance, flexibility, and strength. I was invited to attend the Saturday morning yoga class but I really didn't want to go. I wasn't into yoga, I thought. I have always been pretty flexible and strong, but since hitting the big ""50"" (a few years ago) I am not in as good of shape or as flexible as I used to be. The first session was surprising. Since I had never done yoga before, all the positions were new to me and a challenge which I liked. The instructor works with the class as a whole, yet gives individual instruction if needed. The atmosphere of the session is quiet and calm and yet the time seems to go by so fast that it is over before you know it. I left the first time feeling like a new person - relaxed, renewed, and energized. I haven't stopped going and each week I leave with the same feeling. Attending the yoga class at Studio X fitness is the perfect way to start my weekend.
