I have been to various trainers over the years with different motivations. As a twenty something it was to gain muscle and bulk, as a thiry somthing it was to work on weight lifting techniques to correct bad form that caused a shoulder injury. Now in my forties I developed lower back pains, fat on my stomach and a sweet pair of love-handles(nice).
Pros: very private, great close in location, easy parking
Cons: loud neighbor only a prob during yoga
