You far exceeded my expectations. I can tell that you've all put a lot of time and thought into the experience that your patients have when they visit. It was unlike any other dental visit I've ever had. I was very impressed by the atmosphere of the office, the staff, the speed of service, etc. I'll definitely recommend Stonehaven to friends and family in the future. Thanks! more

It was fantastic. Dr. Nate was amazing with the shots and did a remarkable job ""going slow"" so as not to scare my already shot-scared kids! We will definitely be referring. more

Quick! 9/26/2011

I will never go to any other dentist EVER! I told my wife if we ever more she better have the money to be able to fly me back for appointments. The staff was incredible. The doctors are extremely nice. They were quick and thorough. I was terrified of the dentist, to the point where it was quit embarrassing. I was proud to say i came to my last appointment without my wife! Thank you, i will tell everyone. more

For being 34 and such a baby about the dentist, i couldn't have asked for more.I'm terrified, well was terrified of the dentist and that's probably an understatement. Though the whole experience was not where i wanted to be, i am glad i went to Stonehaven Dental. The facilities are unsurpassed and the staff is incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful. Me going to the dentist was BIG news to my family and friends and i had nothing but praise for Stonehaven! Thank you, Thank you more

Everyone was great!! I had a horrible experience in Virginia with a dental office that made me feel like a horrible person. I would watch Extreme make over and want so bad to transformed, knowing i couldn't afford it! Now thanks to you i am getting that transformation! Thank You!! more

You have a beautiful state of the art facility that is comfortable and pleasant to visit. Your staff is extremely friendly and helpful i have never seen such a professional, well run medical or dental office. As a patient, i feel cared about, respected and appreciated. which is unfortunately rare. Thank You for your great work!!!! more

False billing! 5/2/2011

I took all 3 of my kids in for cleanings 1 year ago. My daughter ended up being too shy to let them treat her and my son only had his teeth counted, andsuppose to be free(age 2) They billed for full treatments and flouride on both children. I am still trying to get them to reverse payment with my insurance so the visit my kids had in November(different dentist) can be paid by my insurance. Very annoying to have to pay out of pocket for something insurance should cover, because Stonehaven cannot get it together and bill correctly. I just called again to check on the status and they said they have sent many letters to the insurance but the insurance isn't following up. I called my insurance and of course they have received nothing form Stonehaven! more

Clean, neat and organized. When it comes to procedures, I would agree with some other posts stating that sometimes the diagnosis does seem correct and then you end up spending a lot of money on root canals and crowns. more
