Well, I went there with a hole in my tooth. Left with a hole in my wallet. No cleaning, because they found I needed a deeper cleaning than usual, and it was just under $100. I couldn't afford it. But, what is worse, they wouldn't clean my teeth, for my insurance covered free cleaning. Claiming it was insurance fraud?! So I had the hole in my tooth fixed, the dentist didn't even introduce himself. So I have no idea which one did it. Seriously?! The work done was good, so far, but expensive, and I still need to go somewhere else now to get my teeth cleaned, since they refused to do it for free, under my insurance. I still have some fillings to be done, but would rather get them done somewhere else. I want to know that the dentist actually cares enough to give me his name, and maybe say hello. Not just come in and start drilling my teeth. I find that very rude and inconsiderate.
