I took all 3 of my kids in for cleanings 1 year ago. My daughter ended up being too shy to let them treat her and my son only had his teeth counted, andsuppose to be free(age 2) They billed for full treatments and flouride on both children. I am still trying to get them to reverse payment with my insurance so the visit my kids had in November(different dentist) can be paid by my insurance. Very annoying to have to pay out of pocket for something insurance should cover, because Stonehaven cannot get it together and bill correctly. I just called again to check on the status and they said they have sent many letters to the insurance but the insurance isn't following up. I called my insurance and of course they have received nothing form Stonehaven!
