Most of the employees are miserable. Seemingly no support/involvement from management. Very difficult to communicate with, get a variety of answers on pricing, availability, etc. Everyone gives the impression that they are overworked and underpaid. Some nice materials, but they never seem to have inventory of what I want/need. Everything is a special order from overseas. more

My co-workers and i agree - being in their warehouse is like being a kid in a candy store; There's so much to see. It's a shame that there are so many negative reviews, because that hasn't been my experience at all. Yes, they have expensive products but it's worth it for us when our clients have the budget for them. They sell to architects and designers. If you really want to know about the company, ask your designer what they think of the company. more

Unfortunately, I found the other reviews on your website too late. Doing business with this company is impossible. They don't return calls and are misleading. They have a nice selection which is displayed nicely, but being in the trade I think I should get a response from the sales dept. when I leave messages or emails. Terrible business practices. There are other reputable stone sources in the metro area. Surely you will find what you are looking for and will be treated in a professional manner. I have never seen anything like this before in the design trade. more

I would be elated if I never had to work with them again. While they may have excellent material selection, their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Their sale and hold policies are completely erratic; they'll sell material you want right out from under your feet and do absolutely nothing to correct the problem. They take no responsibility for their errors and even the managers hang up on you when you request assistance from a ""higher up."" It takes DAYS to get a response from them at times and they do little to follow up on their own proposals. It's very clear that there is a severe lack of communication within their company, as one department will promise one thing and not convey it to another department. Their pricing is also exorbitantly high; there are plenty of other places that offer the same materials at a better price. \r \r I will never recommend them, as I have never been treated more rudely in my twenty years in the business. more

one might think i smelled of poo when i walked into this place. what arrogance these people showed me- as if i had just walked into carolina herreras office wearing a madonna inspired yet poorly fitted white lace tube top with a pencil skirt too tight around my waist- AND with opaque black tights and white reebok sneakers. seriously though, these people suck.
