the plumber who came out was nice, the estimate he gave me seemed reasonable, but they did charge me $128 service fee to crawl under the house and take a look at the leak. seemed a bit high for a service call fee ..... more

Very reliable plumber! 10/15/2010

I have been a long time customer of Steve Hatcher plumbing. I started using them when I lived in Arlington. I now live near Denton. And even though I am now outside of their normal service area, they are still willing to take care of my plumbing issues. My plumbing problems seem to happen in the evening, but they have always promptly sent a plumber to my aid. Every plumber they have ever sent is clean, courteous and professional. I will would highly recommend this company!!! more

Best plumber in town! 10/6/2010

My hot water heater was leaking and a fellow church member told me to call Steve Hatcher Plumbing. They came to my home that afternoon and replaced my water heater for a very fair price. The technician Sean was very professional and clean. Great job Steve Hatcher Plumbing! more

Exceptional Company - Recommend 9/23/2010

When we came home this week our house was flooded from a bad slab leak. We called Steve Hatcher Plumbing at 8 pm and they sent Jon out immediately. Jon got the water turned off (we couldn't do it, the valve was in bad shape). Then he set us up with this company who came right out and helped with all the water damage. The next morning Jon was here by 7 am, repaired the slab leak perfectly and even got the city inspection the same day. This was exceptional service, everyone was so professional and thorough. We anticipated a very high invoice but thought the final price was very reasonable and fair. Jon didn't even charge us for coming out so late at night. We definitely recommend Steve Hatcher Plumbing! more

Great Service, Saved Me $1000 9/22/2010

I just had Steve Hatcher Plumbing out to install a new water line for my house. Donny & Sean were very professional and consulted with me through the whole process. The dispatcher was also friendly and helpful. I had already gotten a proposal from one of the ""big"" plumbing companies, but Steve's came in $1000 less. Big Savings!! The whole process was painless and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a good honest plumber at reasonable prices. more

THE BEST PLUMBER, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 9/11/2010

I wanted EVERYONE to know about my experience using Steve Hatcher Plumbing. Our hot water heater went out and we had 4 different companies come out to give us bids. I wasn't comfortable with 2 of the companies and all of the bids were out of line! Finally I called Steve after being referred by my neighbor. It was literally like night and day! The came right out and gave us a FREE ESTIMATE that was $900 less than the other bids. The next day they installed the hot water heater, plus gave us a FREE house inspection to boot. They found a leak at our toilet and fixed it at no charge! Needless to say, my wife and I are very pleased. Steve is the only plumber we will use in the future! more

EXCELLENT HONEST PLUMBER 4/17/2010

Hello! I have used Steve Hatcher Plumbing for many years and have always had excellent service. Several times I called in the evening, always got Steve personally and he would send someone out right away. I didn't know they did slab leaks, so I got bids from 2 other plumbing companies. I was shocked at the prices, so I called Steve to ask for his advice. He explained that they specialized in slab leaks and gave me a bid that was so-o-o much lower than the other 2. Then they started the work the same day. All of the plumbers who work for Steve are clean, experienced and professional. I would recommend Steve Hatcher Plumbing highly (and save some money)! I have used Hatcher Plumbing for years. Everytime I call they are available. The plumbers are the friendliest and VERY knowledgeable. Prices are competitive. You know that when they leave they won't be back - because they fix it to last!!! Pros: Always fix my problem the 1st time more

Very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent work. I called on a Saturday about noon, had a guy out to my house by 4PM. Investigated the problem and discovered I had a clean-outs installed by the previous homeowner. Fixed the problem with my drain. Price was very reasonable. more

Extremely Rude! 7/5/2007

I called with an emergency at 7 p.m., and even though his ad said he works nights, he said he wouldn't come out until the morning (nothing in my house would drain - tubs, toilets, etc). When I said I'd like to call around before making an appointment, he trashed talked other plumbers, and when I said I would call him back, he just said ""whatever"" and hung up on me. Don't waste your time calling this guy! Cons: rude, false advertising more
