I called with an emergency at 7 p.m., and even though his ad said he works nights, he said he wouldn't come out until the morning (nothing in my house would drain - tubs, toilets, etc). When I said I'd like to call around before making an appointment, he trashed talked other plumbers, and when I said I would call him back, he just said ""whatever"" and hung up on me. Don't waste your time calling this guy!
