I will never do business with this agency again. I had my renter's insurance through this office for several years. In 2010, after doing some comparison shopping, I decided to switch to one of their competitors. When I called to let them know the date that I wanted my insurance canceled, the true colors of the female office worker who answered the phone came out. Her tone was rude, and then, unbelievably, she said, "Your apartment complex requires renter's insurance, so if you're trying to get around paying it..." This is after doing business with them for years and without any basis to accuse me of doing something dishonest. I don't care if they have other customers who leave their service to try to get around paying insurance. That's no reason to accuse me of such a thing. Businesses that allow people like this to deal with the public don't understand the concept that there is no customer too small. They don't know but what I'd come back needing a car and a house insured in six months or would be ready to refer a friend to them. They just lost a customer for life because of one little office twit's rudeness.
