DO NOT USE STARTEX 10/17/2009

I hate that I even had to give them 1 star. This company is incredibly incompetent. 1. It took 3 months after closing to get our documents because they mailed it to the wrong address. 2. We found out 2 years later, they never filed the lien releases on the property after closing. They do not do their job nor do they care. Consider yourself warned. more

Terrible company 10/12/2009

Title company missed a lien on the property and ARE NOT correcting their mistake! Do not trust them! Pros: nothing Cons: unprofessional, poor quality work more

This company does not know what they are doing. They are in a business they don't know, they don't know how to communicate with clients or with a lender. This company does not get things done in a timely manner. more
