I hate that I even had to give them 1 star. This company is incredibly incompetent. 1. It took 3 months after closing to get our documents because they mailed it to the wrong address. 2. We found out 2 years later, they never filed the lien releases on the property after closing. They do not do their job nor do they care. Consider yourself warned.
