Best

Staples is a good office supply store. Prices are fair. Staff is not too bad either. I bought a printer there once. An HP. It works good still and have had no problems.

Worst

I went to this Staples location for the first time this past weekend (I usually frequent the one in the Bedford Mall). I was in a rush - I just wanted to quickly pick up the HP CD...

I went to the staples in Manchester, NH, for a broken computer. I was told that the $69.99 that I put down would be rein bused if I didn't have the computer fixed or it would go towards the repair. The repair well ways to much for a 2 yr old laptop. So I decided to buy a new laptop. When I asked for the $69.99 to goes the new one they told me ""no, that it wasn't refunded if I didn't have the repair. I was very upset about this whole process. I wish they would train their employs better on policy of the store and not give out false info. more

Staples is a good office supply store. Prices are fair. Staff is not too bad either. I bought a printer there once. An HP. It works good still and have had no problems. more
